Easy to understand.....these guys have gotten to where they are by CHEATING and RUINING people and doing ILLEGAL things, so that they KNOW they don’t REALLy deserve the pinnacle, the pedestal, the adoration, so they do things to help destroy it. OR THEY ARE JUST SOCIOPATHS.

Theory 6 definitely has merits. Silda sure did not look too surprised standing up there with her man. I suspect that Eliot has been cheating on her for a long time, that she was well aware of it, and that she decided to turn a blind eye. I also suspect that right now, she is really ticked off at Eliot for being so dumb. It has really messed up her glitzy life.

Bunch of psychiatric gobble-gook. Pure and simple, Spitzer was an attack dog. He assumed that role with gusto and therefore acted with determination to tell the rest of us how to live, while he, in his arrogance, pursued his own path. A true hypocrite, he betrayed the public trust. He's nothing more than a sad little man.

He pursued selective application of the law to cripple certain prostitution rings while leaving those enterprises run by his friends alone. Corrupt pig is a better word for him.

Can’t understand why they use JFK, Jr. as a demonstration of a risk taker. They don’t mention what it was he did that was so risky. Frisbee throwing in Central Park? If they are implying flying a plane as a risk taker; well, then close down the airlines. Besides, the crash had nothing to do w/him. I just find it odd how the article mentions him more than once as a risk taker when they could have used algore’s son - who drinks and drives.

. . love . . or something that passed for “love”. I suppose the myriad of “lovers” who courted this mercenary little gal were in “love” . . . Yuck!

It was reported that the thing that most bothered his wife was the fact that the age of the whore was very close to the age of their eldest daughter. Sad.

9 - snicker - Elliot isn’t very good looking. Only way he could score was paying for it.

Was Spitzer on the short list for Democrat Vice Presidential candidate? If so, scary . .

Oh, yea? I once got on a plane in a foreign country and ran into a neigbor two seats behind me.

Snard's rule of unintended consequences...Now matter where you are, if you're doing something you shouldn't, you'll run into someone you or your wife knows.

I wasn’t doing anything I shouldn’t but it still taught me a lesson. I’m not kidding I was putting my belongings in the overhead and I heard someone say my name. I looked and there were my neighbors. We had no reason to be on the same plane as we were there doing two totally different things and did not know the other was to be there and we were a half a world away.

She out foxed the fox. Which is probably part of her job... to get him coming back for love. The democrat gov had visions of being the first Jewish president; maybe he fashioned himself along Bill Clinton too closely.

While reading an article about Spitzer’s fall from grace, I made the same mental note about his abusive behavior toward older authority figures. I just didn't tie it to his relationship with his father.

But it makes sense.
