>>>>false premise: Albanians have always lived there.<<<<<<<

Well, if you speak of Caucasus, this is true. If you speak of Balkans, it is utter BS.

Albanians behave like illegal squatter who is oblivious to the notion of title deed.

Byzantine records speak of Albanians for the first time in 11th century AD.

Linguistic analysis show that Albanians lived in an area where Latin but not Greek was spoken, and that is not Balkans for sure.

One of the most creative lies is that Albanians are Illyrians.

Anyone willing to check can debunk a hoax in half an hour:

Illyrians were maritime culture. Albanians have no maritime terms of their own

The span between first mention of Albanians and Illyrian archeological record is over 800 years

Illyrians used Greek language, no trace of Greek in Albanian

The area where Illyrians lived is not area where Albanians setttled in 11th century.

Albanian and Illyrian language belong to two different Indoeuropan language branches (satem and centum). It makes cross impossible, like cross between cats and cauliflower.

Illyrian hoax was propelled by Communist dictator Enver Hohxa in hope to give some shine to his dreck of state. This is well known among Albanians from Albania.

If who came first is the criterium for owing the land (and I believe it is not) Albanians should be trhown into Adriatic, not only from Kosovo but from Albania as well. Geographical names in Kosovo and Albania show that it is Serbian land invaded by Albanians.

Regardings Albanians being descendants from Illyrians,

The Illyrians were long gone before the first Albanian ever showed up on the scene!

This is irrelevant to my point. It does not matter how long the Mexicans - or for that matter anyone - have been in this country. If they are the majority, then according to the “Kosovo principle” they can declare independence.

I’m still awaiting for him to claim that Serbian Orthodox monasteries are really converted Albanian Catholic churches, next on the Albanian mythology front.

Schindler has written an extremely good and revealing book -I have met Schindler personally and have several copies of his book - one for myself and several to lend to people who have been supporting the Bosnian Muslims or only knew what Clinton and his willing media was pushing off on the American people.

Actually, Schindler's book has been out for almost a year - I checked with our local library and believe it or not, there is only one copy of the book in libraries throughout the entire state of Pennsylvania.

May I suggest to everyone that they check with their local library and ask that the book be brought in? It's the only way that the American people will understand the significance of al-Qaeda in the Balkans.

Please read: Clinton-Approved Iranian Arms Transfers Help Turn Bosnia into Militant Islamic Base.

What we have done to the Serbian people is shameful and a disgrace.

What is today's result? The United States was the first to recognize an independent Kosovo whose government has been taken over by jihadist war criminals thereby creating an overwhelming Muslim country in the heart of Europe.

Beam me up, Scotty!

Wars are not pretty. Was Milosevic responsible for the deaths of many Muslims? I don’t doubt it. I also think it’s fairly obvious as to why he did so. His people were being brutalized by thugs for decades, and with no other options, Serbia finally reacted.

“And when they (Muslims) behead your own people [...] then you will know what this was all about.” -Slobodan Milosevic

The Illyrians were made extinct during the Roman Empire as most of them were pirates. In the Balkans they were nomads of very small numbers.

Albanians are no more Illyrians than you or I.

Yep, another consequence of the Clintons and Democrats persecuting Serb Christians.

At the same time there's no evidence of any killings or ethnic cleansing by the Slav migration, and the Slav migration was mainly towards the northern Balkans and not very extensive.

DNA tests show the Macedonians and Serbs not close at all to the other Slavs - Poles, Ukrainians, Russians - even Slovenes and Croats places much closer than the Serbs and Macedonians.

The Serbs are the stock of those that lived in the Balkans, including Illyrians combined with some Celtic, Slav and others who were in the region.

The Albanians probably came as fighters along with the early waves of Islamic/Arab expansion. Their numbers were relatively small and took a long time to build up which is why they weren't mentioned for so long.

Look to the right of the map, near the Caspian sea and you'll see an Albania to the east of Armenia and Azerbaijan.

"Kosovo Albanians share similar DNA traits with Albanians in Southern Italy"

You're forgetting that the Arabs used the seas and got to Spain and other parts that way. The Albanians were left/dropped off on the coastal areas.

For the Christian states bordering the Mediterranean, it was a four-hundred and sixty-three year period of regular, disorganized [and occasionally organized] bloody incursions by Muslim mainly Arab and Berber land and sea forces. These came intent on booty - gold, silver, precious stones and slaves - on destroying churches, convents and shrines of the 'infidels,' and on the spread of politico-religious Islam throughout Europe from their bases in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic.
