Absolutely agree. Lacking that, there should be full public disclosure anytime a top government official or the official's trust participates in an IPO, private placement, etc.

AMEN! Hopefully ol' Fat Albert ain't gonna be anywhere near the Democrat Convention (yeah, right), but if he is, and becomes the compromise nominee, can this be considered a campaign contribution?
