Either Rezko is broke, or he just chooses to pretend to be, in order to be judgment-proof against any lawsuits, fines, or seizures, while having his real assets hidden

The article describes Mrs. Rezko being a front for her husband and ultimately Nadhmi Auchi’s money. Why do I suspect that Mrs. Obama also plays a key yet so far undiscovered role in this mess. She is the one who would have most felt entitled to this upscale property. I suspect that she can roll over her soft husband with ease particularly when he dares stand in the way of what she is OWED.
He could have a “pants” issue.

They appear to be a bank. They probably hold his mortgage.
