What's worse in politics than being attacked? Being ignored -- and Hillary Clinton wants it to stop. She wants back into the national discourse after mostly being overlooked since the debacle of Super Tuesday: She will NOT be ignored!!!

If I was x42, I’d be worried that Hillary was aiming for the ultimate sympathy vote.

Here in SW Ohio Obama is just beating the hell out of her on advertising time. I was considering registering as a Dem to vote for Hillary just to try to keep her in the race. I don't think its worth the effort now. Between the polling parity they have now, the heavier advertising for Obama and the polling undercount Obama has had in the past few primaries I expect Hillary to lose by at least 5% in Ohio. So much for the firewall.
Bye-bye Hillary. You're finished.

I hope that when the history of this campaign is written, it will be said that Hillary Clinton's entire political career was based on her being a victim. The only time she was ever popular beyond her hard-core feminist base was when she was the victim, either of Bill's philandering or of attacks by the VRWC. She was losing her Senate race in 2000 until Rick Lazio made her the victim in that debate.
The smartest thing Barack Obama's campaign has done is to give Hillary no openings to play the victim. She is now desperately trying to make herself a victim of media bias, but that ain't selling. Unless she can figure out a way in the next 24 hours to make herself a victim of Obama, she is done.
Hillary Clinton really has no positive or plausible message about herself and why she should be President of the United States, and never did.
People also need to give the Democratic voters some credit for having some sense as well. A whole lot of them knew that Hillary would start a general election campaign with the highest negative ratings in history, higher than anyone who has eve won an election. They knew that she could unify the Republicans better than their own nominee could. They knew that the campaign would be nasty and brutal, and here comes Obama promising something nicer and better and unifying. He held out a lifeline to fearful Democrats and they have grabbed it.

Time for Bill to accept another rape charge so their combined Clinton ratings will improve.
