If Baker was Jesse Jacskon, Calypso Louis Farrakhan, Carol Moseley Braun, Cynthia McKinney or Al Sharpton nothing would have been made of the comments. I aggree with your equivalency, but I've seen criticism from all of them, both from the right and the left. Including Koch. You must not be looking.

I agree with your point. None of the listed individuals has, or could, be elected to national leadership positions. If from nothing other than a pragmatic viewpoint, I can’t imagine any US leader not understanding the importance of Israel.
