I asked Alan Keyes about this reparations topic recently, in one of his Tuesday and Thursday night public telephone conference calls. He was quite eloquent in describing his opinion about reparations: he agrees with Abraham Lincoln that the blood spilt on both sides of our War Between the States (that’s my language, not Lincoln’s, BTW) forever precludes further claims for reparations related to the evils of slavery.
