Maybe a president with a temper is what is needed when dealing with recalcitrant foreign leaders and their diplomatic shills.
Vyacheslav Molotov got told off once in what Merle Miller called "Good old-fashioned blunt Missouri language" by an irate Harry Truman during a meeting at the White House in 1948.
During our own Revolution at Monmouth, future president George Washington was dismayed at a retreat called by General Lee. Washington rode to Lee and fired him on the spot. One of the writers of the time wrote that Washington "hurled a stream of profanities at Lee like thunderbolts from Zeus. The angry swearing shook the leaves from the trees..."
