WASHINGTON - A photograph circulating in the Internet of Democratic Sen. Barack Obama dressed in traditional local garments during a visit to Kenya in 2006 is causing a dustup in the presidential campaign over what constitutes a smear. The Associated Press photograph shows Obama wearing a white turban and a wraparound white robe presented to him by elders in Wajir, in northeastern Kenya. Obama's estranged late father was Kenyan and Obama visited the country in 2006, attracting thousands of well-wishers.

It is very important to note that Barack Obama’s pastor at Trinity United Church, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, is good friends with Farrakhan and this addition “support” by Calypso Louie can spell the end of the Obama campaign if he does not immediately repudiate this man and his hate.

You’re right, in fact it IS silly.
Nevertheless, the existence and wide dissemination of this picture is going to be a problem for Hussein.
The best interpretation of it is benign. But most people will see it and be reminded that, well, he DOES have a muslim name and he WAS born “over there” and he DOES hate the war on terror and want to bring the troops home and defund the military.
And so it will frame his candidacy in an unfavorable way... whether that’s a fair interpretation of the picture, or not.
Remember Dukakis in the tank?

Maybe we should refer to him as HUSSEIN, all caps, all the time. In deference of course to his messianic greatness.
According to the various religious/ethnic groups supporting Hillary Clinton, Obama is the drug-addicted, muslim, racist, Nazi, “arrogant male,” anti-chr*st, who indulged in homosexual perversion with a short, fat, redneck-looking, destitute crazy. Apparently, the popular perception among members of such groups is that many young, white women are attracted to him, and that he’ll steal all of the gold from their mothers.
I’ll have some more popcorn and watch our elite folks of all parties at their participation in Democrat politics.
And me...? I’m not in favor of having any of the most publicized candidates as our next president—especially Hillary Clinton.
By the way, if he was actually born overseas, he is not eligible to be President, as I read it. Was not he born in Hawaii? I know for example that McCain was born overseas.
