Good Lord - how shallow! I would suggest a groom take a sober look at the fiancee who contemplates such a “contract.” Who’s to say she wouldn’t use the excuse of him putting on weight or drinking “more than 10 units of alcohol” to sack him as a spouse in a year or two?

That is true. Also, the need for a white wedding dress is slowly fading also.

Agreed. If my prospective groom came up with something like this for his best man, I'd probably give him back his ring and thank my lucky stars that I found this out about him before saying "I do."
