If Clinton loses TX and Ohio, it is basically the end of the Clinton influence in politics.
If Clinton wins, manages to take the nomination, and wins in November, we have another 8 years of Clinton entrenchment in nearly every aspect of politics and government in Washington.

Giuliani could have put an end to Politician Hillary Clinton if he has stayed in the NY Senate race and probably won in 2000. He didn't. By his action, he gave rise to her politican career. Had he challeged and defeated her in her Senate run, she would be little more than a footnote in the annals of historical also-rans, alongside Geraldine Ferrarro.
