Since the article, which goes out of it’s way to be sympathetic to the guy, doesn’t say he’s a citizenn it’s a safe bet he’s not. I say deport the whole damned bunch of them.

We can infer that the man is not a naturalized citizen from the way the article avoids the issue, but it's tough to say.
