every single person i have arrested in the past 3+ years in the city of new york has has a good number of condoms on them. and since this variety came out, this is the brand of choice.
before these, it was red lifestyles condoms.
they are given away at homeless shelters, soup kitchens, court, medical facilities. we literally have to throw out piles of these things because everyone stocks up on them.
doesn't seem like they actually USE them, but they find a lot of places to shove them (pun intended).
