Ataturk, still revered even by many conservative Muslims, outlawed the wearing of Islamic attire at universities and in public offices. The lifting of the ban means they can now wear their head rags.

How do you figure this is good news? They lifted an 80 year old BAN on head scarfs, bowing to Islamic “conservatives.” I don’t see this as good news.
