I think at least with the older ethnic Catholics in the northeast, they just reflexively vote Democrat because that is the party of Fiorello LaGuardia, Al Smith, etc. etc.

They don't realize that the Dems are no longer the party of the hardworking bluecollar Catholics. Nobody has told them that the Dems are voting to kill little babies . . . and the news media is not about to clue them in.

Of course, a lot of priests got caught up in the madness after VCII, and they haven't helped illuminate the issues for their flocks . . . .

This is something that McCain must hammer home.If he does the Catholic Hispanics will not vote for Hillary,IMO.
