If they are Catholic as they claim, then their immortal souls are in peril as are all clergy who vote Democrat.

Don’t put that on us; my oldest friend is at Mass every Sunday and takes Communion. He is an Obama supporter and has never voted for anyone without a D next to the name.
Not surprisingly, he’s a former member of the Newspaper Guild, and his father is retired Federal government.

You can't. The "Catholics" mentioned here are cherry-picker/grocery-cart "Catholics" who only observe their faith so long as it accommodates a life of sin.

These are misinformed Catholics who are still Democrats. The great majority of Catholics used to be Democrats, working class ethnics—Irish, Italian, Polish, and so on— but since Roe v. Wade they have been migrating to the other side, more and more every year. Some of them have just been slow doing it, poorly informed by their bishops and priests.

As far as abortion is concerned, however, Obama is just as bad as hillary, if not even worse. So if you’re going to vote Democrat at all, there’s little difference between them.

I am Catholic and don't claim to speak for other Catholics, but here is what I've observed:

The church I go to comfortably seats all parishoners at three different services each weekend. That is except at Christmas where services are added at the church as well as at the local High School for overflow. Our church population roughly triples and the very next week returns to normal. The tripling fits nicely with the 66% number who are voting for the beast. I don't have evidence and can't quote a statistical study, but I'm guessing there is a strong correlation between the extra Christmas attendees and voting for the beast.

How can you be a good Catholic and vote for those who openly support the practice of baby murder? mmmmmmmm?

Just being the devil's advocate here:
How can you be a good Catholic and vote for those who openly support capital punishment and making war while not protecting God's green Earth or feeding the hungry, helping the poor and downtrodding and not caring for the suffering individuals who desperately claw their way into this country seeking nothing more than a better life?

Work in gun control and global warming as you will.

Throw in Easter and Palm Sunday, and you’re describing the situation at my local parish as well. (Except for the Italian and Spanish masses, which usually have good crowds all the time). Ash Wednesday is another biggie. Don’t let the little kiddies from the religious education classes get in your way as you push your way to get the ashes that show how holy you really are.

No REAL Catholic would ever vote for Hillary! Perhaps they (the CINOs) are note familiar with what the Catechism of the Catholic Church says about their actions when they support abortion:

They meant apostate Catholics.

You must not have seen what the Pope said about Wiki. I’ll see if I can find the thread and link it.

The Catholic scorecard: five Republican and three Democratic presidents, and one popular-vote-winning but presidency-losing Democrat, Al Gore.

The article also says that the Catholics voted for 5 Republican presidents. I am not defending the liberal Catholics but there are also conservative ones like myself too.

A good devil's advocate is conversant with the facts, you are not a good devil's advocate here.

Catholic dogma is that abortion is a grave evil and a mortal sin except in those cases where the baby is harmed in an effort to save the life of the Mom. Other than that there are no if's, and's or buts.

Capital punishment and making war are nor inherently evil though they can be. There is no dogmatic teaching from the Catholic Church for Catholics to oppose capital punishment or war. Guns and greens likewise.

Catholic doctrine doesn’t cover gun control or Global Hysteria. How to protect “God’s Green Earth” can be debated. Good Catholics donate money and goods to feed and comfort the needy. You don’t need government for that. The church is worldwide. Illegal aliens can receive that help in their own countries. Somebody else can chime in on the tougher ones - war and capital punishment.

And you should see the list of stories that I have about how Catholics voted for Bush. Lots.

If McCain would change his stem cell ideas, it would probably happen for him too. The orthodox Catholics are the biggest block of voters in the U. S.

You can’t. It’s a contradiction. These are the “in-name-only” crowd.
