It's hard to believe that some people think that Washington's bumbling bureaucrats should also be in control of our health care.

Or that we need some kind of national ID type of plan. How many letters a year would we be getting about this or that laptop being lost or stolen, and these guys manage to lose servers?

"Authorities are trying to find out how two large computer servers belonging to the D.C. tax office ended up in a trash alcove behind a restaurant."How about the routine, grotesque levels of incompetence inherent in everything our federal government does?

This story in the Post today had me rolling my eyes. Seems even the janitor at this restaurant knew about the fraud in the tax office, told his supervisor and they called the cops — who took the servers back to the tax office. The FBI had to go retrieve them. Pretty lame when even your janitors are more alert to a problem than the police, but so typical DC. And not only to do they want to take over health care, they want to control, that is, manipulate, the economy.

I’m hoping some day an FBI subgun shows up in my trash.
A guy can hope, can’t he?

Y’know, I’m not that far from the Secret Service building - maybe I should be diving their dumpsters.
