IMO the real problem with the way A&F uses these kinds of pictures. The pictures themselves are not obscene but they are generally used in such a way as to titillate the viewer.
That is what the people object to. The sexualization of the children in these pictures.

Good Points. BTW, I have seen far worse pics, then the one I took from the article, used by A & F.
