I cannot in good conscience sign on to this convoluted “Rebate” nonsense. It strikes me as being needlessly complicated. A more streamlined approach would be to simply toss fistfuls of paper currency out from hovering helicopters.
I thought not.....
The Friends on Fox were outraged over this today...they suggested that their buddies at CNN make this a question at the debate tonight.

It always amazes at how upset people get over 911 yet are completely clueless that several thousand American citizens are killed each year by illegals, and no one seems to care. Kill us one or two at a time and it is OK...

That’s fine so long as the price of the ticket home is deducted from the rebate for ILLEGALS.
If it were a true tax cut, we would not be having this problem. The aliens would get their tax cut, but they don’t pay their taxes anyway. The way they’ve got it written, they get the refund check because it has nothing to do with taxes in the first place.

Well at least Ensign’s trying to fix the problem. It’s probably too late, though. I cannot believe this immigration issue has turned in the ginormous hairball it is. This one falls squarely on the shoulders of the ‘94 Republican majority for not addressing the issue 15 years ago and on GWB for not having the stones to do it years ago.
Yep, this SOB will stab all those who vote for him in the back the first chance he gets.
I am going to sit back and watch, buy a bunch of popcorn, a listen to them whine.
And when it hits McCane’s desk he’ll gleefully sign it and open the borders even more.

Oh, and Sixth, we will give them—cash American—more money than they make in a year in Meheeco in order to confuse the living s*** out of them. I know that may not seem to make any sense, but we’re the federal government and, as always, we’re here to help.
It's the same with the property tax refunds that will be issued by my county in IN. Since we filed a homestead exemption we get nothing back. Doesn't make any difference that we pay taxes on 3 parcels of land in the county. Others will get refunds but all we got was a notice that the county had raised the appraisal on one of my vacant lots. Guess the value is more since that is where I grow my garden.
