I can’t be the only one who is sickened by the term “working families”. It’s so ridiculous to think that those who earn $8 per hour somehow work harder than those who make $90k per year.

"Working families" has become a liberal and Democrat keyword over the past several elections. It basically means everyone who isn't "rich" and is jealous of those who are. It reeks of class warfare. It especially means union families and those who receive government benefits and subsidies.

I happened to see the TV show "peoples' court" yesterday. There was a woman trying to get a section 8 apartment. She stated that she only had to pay $50 rent, while the government paid $900 a month. She had a job, which she said she resented having to get, and was successfully paying rent of $350 on her old apartment, but as soon as she got her section 8, she was going to quit her job.

There's a working family for you. The Democrats play heavily to this crowd, promising more and more free living, taking things from the "rich".
