A Hellenic Case Against Hillary

The following critique is not motivated by partisanship. I am a critic of the anti-Hellenic and anti-Orthodox policies of both major political parties. However, the focus now is Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party. In 1992, then Presidential Candidate Bill Clinton promised the Greek-American community he would not recognize Skopje with the name Macedonia. In 1994, the Clinton administration broke its promise and subsequently recognized Skopje under the Hellenic name of Macedonia. The Clinton administration subsequently tried to pressure Athens to lift the embargo that had been justifiably imposed by Greece in retaliation to the treacherous act undertaken by the Clinton administration.

On January 31, 1996 the Clinton administration represented by Undersecretary of State Richard Holbrooke supported Turkish aggression in the Aegean at the expense of Greece when the Greek flagcame down from the islet of Imia. In December 1998, when the Republic of Cyprus was set to install anti-aircraft missiles as a defensive measure against Turkey, the Clinton administration supported Turkish aggression. In contrast to the pressure used by the Clinton administration to prevent Cyprus from adopting a policy of self defense, the Clintons permitted Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Al Quada to arm and train the Muslims of Bosnia against the Bosnian Serb leadership that was resisting the attempted Islamicization of the region by the fundamentalist President Aliza Azatbegovic.

During the Bosnian War, the Clinton administration permitted Turkish soldiers to go to Bosnia, the first time Turkish soldiers were present in the Balkans since the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. In 1996, Human Rights Watch traveled to Washington to lobby against the Clinton administration's sale of clusterbombs to Turkey, in light of the atrocities and war crimes being committed by the Turkish military against the civilian Kurdish population. In December 1998, the Clinton administration bombed Iraq on the grounds that Baghdad was building weapons of mass destruction. The bombing stopped before the Muslim holymonth of Ramadan.

Contrast that with the ruthless bombing of Serbia on Orthodox Easter by the Clinton administration. The Clinton administration ignored the appeals of the Serbian Orthodox Church, along with the Orthodox Churches of Greece, Cyprus, Russia, Rumania and elsewhere to halt the bombing. General Wesley Clark specifically targeted civilian targets in Belgrade, and in the aftermath of the ruthless targeting of Orthodox Christian civilians in hospitals, Churches, and buildings Islamic extremists were permitted by the Clinton administration and NATO to destroy the Serb civilians of Kosovo. As a result of the Clinton administration's anti-Orthodox policies, Osama Bin Laden and Al Quada established a presence in Kosovo and Bosnia.

Muslims in Kosovo proceeded to kidnap and decapitate Orthodox Monks Father Charitan Lukic and Stefan Purim. There is a documentary film entitled "Days Made of Fear"* which documents the destruction of hundreds of Serbian Churches and the killings of Serb civilians all of which are the outcome of the politically correct policies of the Clinton administration in making the Balkans safe for Turkey and for Islam. The rabidly pro-Turkish policies of the Clinton administration were manifested by the American role in capturing the Kurdish resistance leader, Abdullah Ocalan who unlike Yasser Arafat or Nelson Mandela, was not treated as a statesman but was condemned to prison and torture because he was the enemy of the murderous Turkish State.

In late 2000, in its final months in office the Clinton administration pressured Congress not to pass a Resolution that would have recognized the Armenian Genocide. The Clintons are no friends of Hellenism or Orthodoxy. The Clinton administration undermined Greece and Cyprus during every crisis that erupted during its eight years in office. They subsequently opened the door for the Islamicization of the Balkans. The Kosovo policy undertaken by the Clintons is a direct challenge to the outcome of the Balkan Wars of 1912-13. Greece liberated Macedonia when Serbia liberated Kosovo, and the change of borders at the expense of Serbia will encourage extremists in Skopje who desire Macedonia.

It was under the Clinton administration that NATO expanded eastward inching ever more closer to the border of Orthodox Russia. For centuries, Tsarist Russia was the only free Orthodox country and was looked upon with fear and terror by the Ottomans. Former Clinton administration officials such as Richard Holbrooke and Madeleine Albright are today active with their neoconservative successors in attempting to crush the rights of Serbia, and to undermine Russia. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton has been appealing to the Turkish lobby to support her Presidential Campaign.

In conclusion, the Clinton administration tirelessly worked to set up the various "war crimes" tribunals of former Yugoslavia. In August 1996, the Turkish government through the terrorist group known as the "Grey Wolves" slaughtered four Greek Cypriot protesters. Their murderers, along with those responsible for the crimes perpetrated during the invasions of Cyprus in 1974, and for the 1,600 missing Cypriots were never punished. All this is the record of the first Clinton administration on the national interests of Hellenism.

I have been to Macedonia in Greece, it is an absolutly beautiful low mountain area. Green, lush, fresh air beautiful.

Sad to think what the Clinton’s did to the north of Greece.

The sad part is, the Russians are playing the diplomacy perfectly here. We are sucking up to the Turks and Albanians, so we can seem politically correct. “Hey look, we have Muslim allies!”

Of course, Turkey closed Incirlik and their air base for the deployment of troops into Iraq, and Albania’s alliance has netted about 100 troops in the WOT. Wow, such important partners and “allies”.

On the other hand, Russia is backing Serbia on the Kosovo issue, and as such currying favor with all of the countries of Eastern Europe. Funny, how we fought the Russians in the Cold War for 50 years, and finally liberated Eastern Europe from the Russians. And now, we are trying as hard as possible to alienate those countries and push them back into the Russian sphere of influence.

The Serbian election just finished, and they elected an ultranationalist who wants to bring in Russian troops. Of course, we couldn’t pass a bill recognizing Turkey’s slaughtering of 1.5 million Orthodox Armenians, because that would make Turkey upset. And Turkey is our “ally”. So instead, we piss off the Armenians. And the Greeks, who lost a million people in the same genocide.

How sad it must be, to be from Eastern Europe. Having to choose from an expansionist Russia, or an America that will sell you out in a heartbeat to placate Muslims.

There is a cabal in DC, made up, sadly, mostly of Republicans, who seem dedicated to the demise of this republic as we know it. Personally, I think it all has to do with arrogance and the acquisition of money, the latter being pursued with a perverse religious fervor by many in our party, ultimately to the Islamization of the West and their own damnation.

Hello, I am the author of the work in question A Hellenic
Case against Hillary.

Permit me to place my work in the proper context. The
commentary was published in Greek American forums and is
in response to some of the pro-Hillary work being done by
various Greek American groups.

With regard to NATO. Yes, Greece is a member of NATO.
However, permit me to state some relevant information.
On September 6,1955 the Greek Orthodox minority in
Constantinople was the victim of a pogrom in which Greeks
were physically attacked and beaten, their Churches
burned and violated in unspeakable ways. Chalices used
for holy communion were urinated in and the tombs of
Orthodox Patriarchs were opened and their bones scattered.

All Greek businesses and property were destroyed. In the
aftermath most Greeks fled in terror, and today there are
very few Greeks left in Turkey. In the aftermath of the
ethnic cleansing of this Christian community, there was
no protest from NATO or any of its members to show
solidarity with Greece. Greek officers serving in Turkey
as representatives of NATO had been beaten on that night
and there was no support extended to them from their
NATO colleagues.

So, for fifty years, the Greek minority in Turkey has
been horribly abused and mistreated and there has been
no attempt to impose sanctions on Turkey.

Furthermore, Turkey a member of NATO invaded Cyprus in
1974 and ethnically cleansed the North of 200,000 Greek
Cypriots. Cyprus is not a member of NATO and henceforth
no one really cares. Many Turkish political and military
leaders are in fact war criminals, but are being protected
by Turkey’s status as a member of NATO!

Turkey has been supporting a notorious terrorist Group
called the Grey Wolves (founded by a Nazi Sympathizer named
Alparslan Turkes) in Cyprus which has slaughtered Greek
Cypriot protesters. No protests from NATO which had the
audacity to bomb Christian Serbia in the name of human
rights even while supporting Muslims who have permitted
Al Quada to establish bases in Kosovo.

The Orthodox Ecumenical Patriarch who has been in
Constantinople since the first century and is said to
be the successor of Saint Andrew the Apostle who founded
Christianity in the town then called Byzantium will soon
be forced out of his City.

The Turks have driven all the Greeks out, and the Patriarch
himself has been targeted for assasination by terrorists
on five occasions between 1993 and 2004.

As for the expansion of NATO to the Russian border, damn
right the horror!!! The Russians, the Greeks, and the
Serbs have been American allies in two World Wars, and
the Western alliance has been supporting Islam against
these Orthodox Christian countries.

While NATO is targeting Russia, Islamic fundamentalism
is overrunning Turkey. In 2005, Mein Kampf was a best
seller in Turkey. In 2006, an Anti-American film entitled
“Valley of the Wolves Iraq” was a box office smash.

But NATO has chosen to antagonize the Russians while the
Turks curse the United States and Israel and threaten to
destroy the effort in Iraq by bombing America’s Kurdish
allies in Northern Iraq.

There is a great deal about Turkey and its history that
needs to be told, beginning with the fact that Turkey
is going to the Islamic fundamentalists. A great American
by the name of George Horton who has written a book entitled
“The Blight of Asia” was the American Consul General in
the City of Smyrna when it was burned by the Turks in
1922. His book should be of interest to conservatives
as it contains not only information about the Christians
slaughtered by the Turks, but it has a critique about
Islam and the Islamic world that is still pertinent today
in the war on terror.

NATO should cease and desist from antagnozing the Russians
and focus on the real threats to America!!!
