Hmmm. In 2004 Bush carried Alabama with 63% of the vote. Bush "only" got 60% in Mississippi.

FYI, I think Romney carries both Alabama and Mississippi.

That could possibly be because Mississippi has the largest percentage of black population of any state, who vote ‘Rat.
