Nevada has 34 delagates and SC only 24.
Romney went ot Neavda this week when no one else did. He has led by a majority in the polls of Nevada all year. Wonder why the MSM isn’t as interested in 34 delegates that will mostly go to Romney? While the media and the other GOP candidates are focusing on SC Mitt is winning where it matters the most on Saturday. Plus he will have eithera 1st or second place in SC getting a huge chunk of the delegates there as well. The MSM can ignore Wyoming and Nevada (and other states where conservatives acutally vote) for awhile but inevitably they will have to announce who the winner is.

>>>We could have a total outsider step up...to be a neutral choice...like Jeb Bush (although I can’t see him running).

Jeb Bush's campaign team in FLorida signed onto the Romney Team in early 2007 when Romney announced. They have been working hard for him there to beat Rudy. According to polls their work this last year is paying off as Romney has Rudy beat in the conservative counties.

I am sure that time he marched with Martin Luther King accounts for around 50 of those delegates.

I’m surprised that Jeb’s support has not resulted in a lead for Romney in Florida.

Anyone able to tune in to Dennis Prager’s show, he is discussing Romney with Hugh Hewitt.

Thanks for the heads-up. I’m at work. I’ll download the show this evening and listen to it. :-) Fill us in in the meantime, if you can, please.

If the ticket was Romney/Thompson then I'd only have to hold one nostril to vote....

How about Romney/Hunter. That way, in 2016 Hunter can then be president. Fred will be too old by then.

Had enough? Citizens, take back your government!

This is the Massachusetts marriage license!!

Can you believe it?

Want to see more? Click here to download/view marriage license and other associated government paperwork, all changed for same-sex "marriages".  (Adobe Acrobat format.) http://massresistance.org/docs/marriage/romney/MarriageLicense.jpg">

Note the following:

1. "Husband" and "Wife" has been replaced by "Party A" and "Party B".

2. Justices of the Peace are required to "solemnize" these marriages or be fired, as ordered by Gov. Mitt Romney on April 25, 2004. "We're just following the law," said the Governor.

3. Male/Female checkoffs for both Party A and Party B now on marriage license.

None of this was required by any law passed by the Legislature, or even ordered by the court. The Governor did this on his own, in cooperation with the ruling: "We're just following the law."

I don’t know a lot about this, but I did look into it and found Romney made an attempt to stop it. The State AG informed him that a Governor had no authority in the matter and the court’s decision would stand.

This is rather a lot of hysteria over something Romney is not guilty of.

I conur. Some people don’t realize how government and law work, and they think things can be stopped/changed by one person, which is not the case. It’s not rocket science.

Wikipedia quotes an article saying that the decision on FL WTA is not yet made. Crist has the power to stop Guilliani’s man at the state GOP from going pure WTA. The chairman of the state GOP said HE WOULD NOT TAKE ACTION to go WTA without a consultation with Crist.

So as of now, it is still district wide WTA but could change.

I think the Dems instituted gay marriage in Mass just to embarass a Republican governor. That’s what I think...:)

GOP Lady, I can’t give you much of a report on the Prager/Hewitt conversation. I’m hard of hearing and I flit around a lot. Hugh was throwing out a lot of info and Dennis was commenting. Dennis thinks that Romney is the best choice but personally uninspiring to him. Dennis may be playing devil’s advocate just to keep the topic going and to get callers to counter what he says... *wink*.

The great thing is that they are discussing Mitt at all. This is part of the “earned media” strategy that is working so much better for the Romney campaign than the paid ads they were running.

Saturday will be an exciting day. I think McCain’s poll numbers in SC, reflect the media hype before NH and his win there. I am sure Michigan took some starch out of him. Same with Huckabee who got blown away in Michigan.

It's not a hard decision really.

You're right, it's not. If Thompson is still in when it gets to my state, I'll be voting for him. If he's not, then it may be the first primary I've missed since I turned 18.

The dim-bulb females who would vote for Hillary “because she’s a woman” would be tempted to jump ship and vote for Mitt because he’s tall and handsome.

In the not-too-distant future, it may be impossible to distinguish the Presidential campaign from American Idol.

this guy had different positions on everything just 3 years ago when he was governor on massachusetts. he changed his position on nearly everything to appeal to conservatives. this guy flip flops more than john kerry. who says he wont do the same thing if hes ever elected president? its one thing if you have a legit change of heart. this happens to many people, but this does not look like it. he strikes me as phony and it looks likes hes saying anything to get elected. its a little too convenient that hes changed his positions as soon as he decided to run for president.

Nooooooo, he changed his position in order to appeal to libs and get elected here in MA, in order to do get elected here you must appear to be on the liberal side otherwise you don't have a chance,,,,,just about EVERYTHING Romney tried to do here was veteod by the LIB/DEM legislature. Romney is against gay marriage and against ILLEGALS, always has been, the legislature worked against him time and time again, it was a no win situation for him even though he did try to be a little liberal here in MA.
