Your link’s expired.
Is this the one that started as HR 1022?

That one works. Looks like this one is not the derivative of HR-1022.

Looks like GW just threw out the 2nd Amendment for millions of people, especially those veteran’s who have only been counseled for delayed stress syndrome, let alone diagnosed. Never would have thought it.

His condition is deteriorating from “Compassionate Conservative” to “Left-Wing Suck-Up”.
Guess he didn’t appreciate the storm of conservative responses he must have received as a result of his illegal amnesty plan. So now he’s sticking it to us. His one more year of screwing over the Republicans and his conservative supporters before he goes into the dustbin of history as a flawed President.

Still nothing in my copy of the Constitution that I have to PROVE I'm not a felon before exercising a protected Right.
"Improving" an already unConstitutional law isn't gonna make me sleep any more soundly at night.

Perhaps a Court challenge will end this nonesense - depending on how the SCOTUS reacts to the Washington D.C. Gun Ban

The SCOTUS screws us in March, a NICS check will be the least of our worries.

NRA approved of this bill. If the Dems use it to bite us later, the NRA won’t say sh*t....
