A manhunt in Texas continued Friday for a father accused of shooting his teen daughters and leaving them to die in a taxi.
Yaser Abdel Said, 50, of Lewisville, Texas, is wanted for shooting Sarah Yaser Said, 17, and Amina Yaser Said, 18, in his taxi Tuesday night. Police say they don't have a motive for the shootings, but believe a domestic issue may have led to the deaths.
Friends gathered Thursday night for a vigil to remember the sisters. The girls' mother, who has been in hiding since the shootings, attended.
The victims' brother made a statement at the vigil that the deaths have nothing to do with religion.
David Tull, a spokesman for the Irving Police Department, told FOX News that there's not a specific motive but police are aware of domestic issues within the family.
Tull wouldn't comment directly on shootings being tied to reports about the girls wearing Western clothes and disobeying their father's wishes.

Granted I don't have all of the facts but it sure looks like an honor killing. Find this animal, try him, and execute him. We ain't putting up with this shi-ite here in the USA.
Hope CAIR gets busted hiding him out. Then we can add aiding/abetting to their charges.

on mike medved yesterday, the women that worked as a cab driver withh the father and she found the girls in the car after he shot them said - he kept telling everyone he was a moderate moslem but the daughters asked if they could start dating so he put them in the car, shot them and drove them to a hotel cab waiting line and left them.
She said he might have left to the airport and is now in egypt.

What’s the big deal? Democrats love this sort of behaviour, besides, if they kill enough of themselves off, we won’t have to worry about them any more.
About a year ago, we had an incident that involved three hispanics. One was in a car being pursued by the other two in a second car. The two were shooting at the first one. The story went from two hispanics shoot third hispanic during high speed chase through Twin Cities to.......Man shot by two other men after car chase........
That was my thought too. Wasn't this close to the airport?

This bizarre statement summarizes Islam more than any other comment in the story. Consider this: let’s say you believe in a religion in which all questions are answered and all knowledge revealed. However, contained in that knowledge there are contradictory statements - just look at the Koran with even a glance and you’ll see it. Your choice is to either give up the religion - whoops, can’t do that, since it’s a death sentence - or you somehow mentally accomodate the contradictions as both being revealed truth.
So there you are. You can state with clarity that honor killings have nothing to do with religion when all around you honor killings occur on the basis of your religion. Islam is the religious equivalent of willing suspension of disbelief.
All I can say is thank God for the blessings conferred on me and my family for having a Jewish-Catholic heritage and a birth in the United States. Walking around with the schizoid worldview of Islam would be a lot like living in an institution.
Thousands of Muslim women are slaves in this country, and they are controlled by Sharia law invoked inside of each and every Muslim community. In some Muslim communities Sharia law is legally applied as lawful "arbitration" of disputes. Extreme puinishments occur in secret.Beatings occur, and the damage hidden by burquas and veils.
These were Sharia based honor killings.
The girls were either extremely brave or extremely foolish. They likely would have received several verbal warnings from a mullah or Muslim priest, before the hit.
The police need to get right into this stuff, and publish it. The Mom likely knows everything and should be encouraged to sing like a canary, instead of this false politically correct don't ask, don't tell.
Slavery is banned under the constitution of the United States. I think that trumps any freedom of religion constitutional issues.
Yeah I was listening to that slimy POS police spokesman this morning on Fox. Asked point blank by Shep, did religion play into this, the POS answered with a response worthing of Hillary herself. A complete PC, non-answer answer. Made me sick.

Any woman or girl in a Muslim family is in danger of her life. Police need to know this.
Muslim men — if you think you can kill a woman or a girl— you are a devil and will burn in hell. Muslim imams—if you think for a New York pork second that Sharia law trumps US law you are as dumb as you look in your bathrobe.
Now—police and politicians—Muslims are dmanding the “right” to infringe on Constitutional rights based on religious rights and the answer is HELL NO! There is no Muslim interest that supercedes these rights.
It is disgusting that someone should be killed - in America of all places - for wanting to be free.

IIRC there were two daughters and a girlfriend of theirs left in the house to burn (they were rescued by a neighbor). The youngest child (a toddler son), was conveniently left outside the house by the man (so the child would not die in the fire). The eldest son, from a prior wife, was with the man and helped him commit the crime.
They caught him after a short while. Also, IIRC, the wife was found near the computer with her throat slit.
Wonder if she found something out.
The husband and wife had been going to local police agencies and had worked with TSA regarding racial profiling (against it) after 9/11.
Never heard what happened to the guy or his son, the story just disappeared. His name was Mohommed (or some variation). The wife was a local from a small town southeast of Boise - Gooding or Jerome - can't remember.

If I remember correctly, they did. But that may have been the U of Idaho student who was funnelling money to terrorist orgs. Still, the story disappeared - I’ve done several searches with key words and cannot find anything on it. IIRC, it was late fall/winter, but am having difficulty with year (I think 2002).

I hope the cops are aware that it's permissible for Muslims to purposely lie when it furthers their religion......or, as in this case, to protect the image of the religion.

How quickly we all seem to forget that anyone can snap and kill thier own children, remember the lady who drown her five lovely kids, or the lady in Rowlette that killed her two sons, Hmmm or the one who drove her car with her two sons into a lake and blamed it in an african american car jacker, In this day and age muslims can not get a break, maybe he was having finacial problems and the girls may have argued with him and made him snap, maybe he was bi-polor or depressed, I know many muslim men who would not seek help from dr’s in fact i know many american men who would not seek the help needed too. I am not defending anyone I am just saying that he is not the only one to take the lives of his own flesh and Blood, Btw I am A Christian and I married an egyptian over 13 yrs ago. Does this news disturb me, yes but not the way you would think, it disturbs me becuz of the fact that two Beautiful women have lost thier lives. I also think that in my Country you abide by our laws just as if we would have to abide by thier laws in thier country.
