I would venture to guess that she is naturalized and may have been infected during an extended visit with family overseas.

Well that is what you did, venture a guess, from an earlier post she is suppose to have a visa, but where she came from is the worlds hot spot for forged passports and visas. I'm sure, considering the state where she is, no one will ever ask and/are check.

Following my follow-up search for more information I will not recant my first statement. I have found much postulating from fellow FReepers of this lady's status, but have yet to find definitive information from a vetted source of her actual status. If you could provide me with the information, I thank you.

So, - pending further information - this is probably not the best article to argue about immigration laws.
