A funny thing happens if you Google the name of one of America's leading conservative magazines: a warning comes up stating, "This site may harm your computer."
Think I'm kidding?

Fascinating, wouldn't you agree? Think this is just a coincidence, and plenty of top-rated liberal websites have the same warning?
Amazing! You should bring this to the attention of Rush, Glenn Beck, and Hannity.
GOOGLE? Are you reading this? Sounds like they’ve been doing a lot of tweaking trying to ensure that knowledge on that web page isn’t released. Google REALLY bowed in China, lapping at the feet of censor editors, I thought they were the KINGS of FREE SPEECH.
Have you bothered to check if they DO have any adware that might provoke this response? Just contact the people at the American Spectator website and advise them to check with Google about the situation. It’s probably something easily fixed, if true, or if it is bogus, Google will likely back down when questioned.
Google is one to talk. I picked up a nasty trojan virus from the Google tool bar. It took my super tech savvy son in-law to clean it out.
Begs the question:
Does "The American Spectator" install malicious software on your computer ?
If they do, Google is doing internet users a service, if not they are engaged in possible litigation.
While I haven’t encountered that particular warning, I get warnings and am asked if I want to proceed to view my children’s report cards.
I notice it says you may continue on to American Spectator, but gives you no way to click through to do it.
I’m not surprised. Google is run by little Stalinists. They have lots of tricks like this, and many more to come. Pitiful. The good news is that Google is being exposed, slowly, for their Stalinist tactics. One day, there will be another search engine that will beat out the Google Leftists, and that will be good.

You have to do it the old fashioned way, by cut and paste into your URL address
Gmail may be hazardous to your company: Google just had to close an exploit to Gmail that allowed thieves to take over your web domain and hold it for ransom.
No surprise at all. Leftwing groups will do anything to stifle or surpress their opposition and this is just the beginning.
Use Scroogle. I’ve added it to my Firefox search engines. Somehow it piggybacks Google, but Google gets no benefit. Scroogle!! (And Scroogle doesn’t show that “may harm your computer” message.)
My McAfee software gives the website a Green Checkmark.
My Firefox blocked a bunch of pop-ups and Flash adverts from the Spectator site. I suspect the Google warning is about the pop-ups.

Hello??? Take off your tin-foil hat. FreeRepublic.com doesn't have crap ads and pop-ups. It's not the politics, it's the downloaded crap that invokes the warning.
I can understand that because Google doesn't want to appear to endorse websites that encourage illegal behavior. But to apply this to The American Spectator is B.S. What's ironic is that they don't give this message for websites that carry The Anarchist's Cookbook. I didn't provide links, you can look it up.
