LOL...yes, Alan “Mr. Lonely” Greenspan and the Moaners at CNBC have been talking up recession all year, and then the booming consumer spending report came out Friday that showed no one is listening. Oy wey...the panty-wetters on Wall St. may not have as much influence on Main St. as they fantasize they have. Their disappointment was palpable.
True, the sub-prime lenders are getting a few million dollars less in bonuses this year after losing billions for their financial institutions, but did they really think people should be buying McMansions with no money down and very little income coming in? I guess that’s what they pay big bucks for on that planet called “Wall St.”
I under there are 22,000 more urban outdoorsman coming their way, compliments of the Governator.
I own a nice chunk of woods here in central PA.The wife and I live there for short periods of time in a tent every year.The only thing we bother are the deer and a few bears.We are temporary homeless folks.

Love it, reporter goes to the homeless to explore the symptoms of an economic downturn. Hmmm..... I'm sure there were a lot of folks with Ph.D.s in Economics there. A real reporter would interview an Economist to find the 'symptoms of the wider economic downturn', not a homeless bum.
This is a classic of example of a MSM reporter working a story backwards. Start with a conclusion, when write a story around it justify your opinion.
