Sorry but no. Fred needs strong third or weak second place finish to move on. Enough over-the top histrionics.

Sorry, but I don't see it that way. If Fred finished a "strong third or weak second", or better, in Iowa and placed first or second in NH, then he would still be alive. However, as it stands now, he is going off a cliff in NH. And in order to turn that around and do well in NH, Fred would need to win Iowa

I wish it were not so. But wishful thinking will not do it.

You’re not paying attention man. Fred will do well in IA; he wrote off liberal NH a long time ago and will finish fourth or fifth. The stakes then increase geometrically in SC, and the game is on. Wake up to the dynamics!
