don't you know we have to regulate and tax so the people will do what is bestMy wife & I conserve on water.....we recently received a "lack of water useage charge" from the Water Co. Apparently, we didn't use ENOUGH water this year.

Amazing. Seems like it should be fraud or something. Really, how can they do that? Take your money no matter what you do..and the same weenies probably sit around and wonder why more people don't conserve water.
