Hillary Campaign Busted in Norman Hsu and Paw Family Fundraising Cover-up         09.10.07 - FlAttorney says: After Hillary Clinton’s '08 Presidential campaign manager said they would not refund any Norman Hsu fundraised donations (Hsu has a felony criminal record, two bankruptcies, fled from justice on a $2 million court appearance bond before being recently apprehended, and is a top H. Clinton and Democrats fundraiser), Hillary agreed to refund $23,000 in donations after several published news investigation articles on the matter. Then the FBI and the Justice Department began an investigation. Almost overnight Hillary agreed to cough up $850,000 from 260 donors funneled to her campaign by Hsu. The Federal investigation is on-going and there appears to be significant felony criminal activity involved in this matter and related others. The public is only seeing the tip of the iceberg.

The Paw Family is a major part of the Hsu - Hillary Clinton corruption scandal. There are 512 donations for $977,524 on this master list. It is per the Wall Street Journal published August 20, 2007, and supports an article on the Paw Family and Norman Hsu entitled "Big Source of Clinton's Cash Is an Unlikely Address". Further, a WSJ analysis of campaign finance reform records has linked Mr. Hsu with at least $1.8 million in donations to Democrats since 2004.

       FlAttorney says: The two lists not only includes major donations to Hillary Clinton and her HILLPAC, but is a major Democrats Whos-Who of Corruption & Slime. I noted some of the Democrats that were up to their eyeballs in the Jack Abramoff scandal, also received significants funds in this Norman Hsu Democrats scandal. They were the same scumbag Democrats calling the Jack Abramoff scandal a Republican Culture of Corruption issue and bashing Tom DeLay, including his ’06 TX-22 opponent Dem Nick Lampson who received $4,300 from Paw family members.
Norman Hsu, Top Fundraiser for Hillary Clinton and Other Democrats, Indicted
12.04.07: 6 counts of mail fraud, 6 counts of wire fraud and 3 counts of violating the Federal Election Campaign Act. If convicted, Hsu could face 20 years in prison on each fraud charge and five years on each campaign finance charge, as well as fines. Hsu is accused of cheating investors of at least $20 million and using some of the money to make illegal political donations. Hsu is also accused of violated federal campaign finance laws by making contributions to various political candidates in the names of others. The 15-count Manhattan Federal Court Grand Jury indictment follows similar charges filed in September, in a California case, that prompted Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton to return $850,000 in campaign contributions after initially refusing to do so. After an FBI investigation began the Clinton’s campaign reversed their position. Federal investigators are looking at numerous large donations allegedly donated by working class families to Hillary Clinton and other Democratic candidates. Prosecutors said investigators believe those families and addresses were a front for Hsu to get around campaign limits.
        In September, Hsu had been charged in California with one count of mail fraud, one count of wire fraud, and one count of violating campaign finance laws. He was arrested at a Grand Junction, Colorado hospital on September 6, after failing to appear at the California court hearing. Hsu had been wanted since 1992 after fleeing in the wake of another fraud scheme in which he was accused of bilking about $1 million from 20 investors. Hsu remains in a California jail on the separate fraud charges but is expected to be extradited to New York in the coming weeks. In addition to the indictments, New York prosecutors sought to seize all of Hsu's assets. Among the items specifically listed in the indictment was a saxophone autographed by former President Bill Clinton. Like Hillary Clinton, both Democrats President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore had past problems with major illegal contributions from Chinese. Further, Norman Hsu has known connections to the Chinese Nationals who were involved in the 1996 Bill Clinton Scandal. – FlA
