While several studies find homosexuality in humans and other animals is biological rather than learned, a question remains over whether it's a hard-wired phenomenon or one that can be altered.
A new study finds that both drugs and genetic manipulation can turn the homosexual behavior of fruit flies on and off within a matter of hours.

I metioned the funny way names play into news events on a HuckIbee thread earlier. (I think he’s a huckster) Now this article reports that fruit flies have been used for a study on homosexual tendencies. There are times when reality is a real hoot.

I'm waiting for the day when a genetic cause of homosexuality is found (I don't actually think there is one) and the follow-up news that women are aborting their babies because they don't want their child to be homosexual.
The left might have a little trouble with that one.

Homosexuality is widespread in the animal world.Can someone provide a link that definitively proves that two male animals (both willing partners) actually have sex? I know a male dog (and a female in heat) will hump anything in their path, but that isn't homosexuality.
