I think we ought to decide if the thread here should be a debate back and forth whether such debate should take place in the first place (a legitimate argument), vs. what the candidates are just actually saying point by point, play by play. I am happy to try to provide the latter. But maybe I am on the wrong thread. Should we start a new one just synopsizing what these guys are saying??

PS Fred said something that generated some controversy just now. I believe it is on the 14th Ammendment.

I’m not sure which would be better but I have no problem with a Spanish speaking station that is hosting/conducting a debate for their listners to have it broadcast in their normal language.

I don’t understand enough Spanish to be able to help with the actual translations. I catch a word or two along so that I know the general thrust/topic of the question, etc but not the word by word answer.

I expect we’ll have some transcripts at some point to peruse. Thanks for your efforts.
