In most cities, this wouldn’t be a problem, but the Hispanic/Latino population-mostly of Puerto Rican descent-in Allentown is almost 25%. The Iron Pigs are hoping that they will get a good cut of leisure spending by Puerto Ricans in the city.

IMO, this is not so much a “PC” decision as a marketing one.

From my reading of the article, one guy, who was likely fat as a kid was called Pork Chop by bullies and now his feelings are hurt.

Maybe some people who have been struck by, or had family members killed by Lightning should protest the Tampa Bay Lightning.
