The campaign reeaaallly need to hire a sloganmaster or something. The billboards are now EVERYWHERE across the Southeast (tons on I-20 through Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi), but they are very drab and not eyecatching. You can tell they have the dollars, but don't really know how to use them.
