FBI agents swooped into an upscale Howard County neighborhood Wednesday, spending nine hours behind closed doors. More than a dozen agents were locked inside the home while our cameras rolled outside. Fox 5's Paul Wagner has details.

according to the report, only the FBI was present. Their last name is Drake and they have DOD stickers on the car, and they possibly have security clearances.

About a dozen federal agents searched a Glenwood home for over nine hours. The search warrant is sealed so we do not know why they were there at least one neighbor said someone inside the home worked for a federal agency, but agents/authorities are not commenting.

DOD in that area includes Naval Weapons Research, and further east, there’s Ft. Meade and the NSA. Of course he could commute to any of the dozens of military sites in the DC metro area.

Geesh, there’s virtually nothing to this story. I don’t see how posters are even making the comments they are! I can’t tell if it’s a whole family issue, 1 “guy”, or what, much less if “he” is the 1 being checked or if they’re just having a major talk with a fed who knows something (or surveillance for elsewhere). Hope more info comes, because I can’t tell diddly here to talk about.
True enough, but the upper-Howard County folks are more likely to work in MD, since the commute into DC and esp VA McLean/Reston/Chantilly is a b***h.

I grew up in the area and half my friends didn't know what their Dads did for a living. My brother had a best friend whose Dad was assasinated in South America.
It's not so much an obvious Spookville as it used to be, but there is still a big spook presence in the area.
If a swarm of FBI showed up in my neighborhood this morning, I'd think of national security before mere criminal behavior.
I live here. Was born (if you will) in Columbia and lived there all my life; still do again. Only moved to Connecticut for 2 years for a real job.
