Were the FBI, CIA etc. aware of Oswald? Yes, of course they were, he had defected to Russia afterall.

Not only that, I read Vince Bugliosi’s recent book on the assassination and he mentioned that Oswald was also a card carrying member of the ACLU.

How can you possibly believe this? There were multiple shooters, including George W. Bush who was very young at the time, but still a crack shot. Several aliens, not illegal but extraterrestrials, were hovering over the grassy knoll, and firing phasers. I would like to finish this, but its time for my medicine.
