Hello fellow California FReepers!
It's Joe here from Move America Forward. We are working on the final planning for the "Honoring Our Heroes at the Holidays" national pro-troop tour that takes place November 26 - December 17.
We have a small problem, that I need some help from a Bakersfield-area FReeper.
We are submitting our permit application to hold our Bakersfield event at Beach Park in the national pro-troop holiday tour. Our event in Bakersfield will take place on Wednesday, November 28th at 9:00 AM.
But we have been told we need a live, human body to turn in the filled out application. We will work with you to properly fill out the forms, and it should not be too much of a hassle at all.
There is a small window of time - the person who assists us can turn in the paperwork Wednesday, November 21st between 8:00AM - 5:00PM or Monday, November 26th before 12:00 Noon.
Is there a FReeper in the area who would be willing to do this for us? Move America Forward is taking care of the payment of fees, so you don't need to worry about that.
We just need to comply with their permitting requirements by having someone turn the paperwork in - in person.
