To judge from the stores, we go directly from Halloween (which starts in late August) into the Christmas season-Thanksgiving no longer rates much in the way of decorations or displays at all. People talk about a “war on Christmas”, but Thanksgiving is the one which really seems to be under attack-or rather, ignored pretty much entirely.

Yeah, I was pleased to purchase Thanksgiving decor at some 70% off after Halloween and weeks before Thanksgiving. It was lumped together with Halloween stuff. That part was great.
