I'm so saddened they won't do work Americans should and can do.

Sarcasm. Would would we ever do without illegals? Or so the Open Borders Crowd tells us.

There are more than enough Arizonans to fill vacant jobs if all the illegals went back to Mexico.

Sounds like AR is on the right track. In Cal, we can’t mention the word illegal without a court order.

Businesses groups, however, asked a federal judge Wednesday to toss out the law, arguing that it is unconstitutional and invites racial profiling.

If anyone had doubts as to why Republicans embraced illegal immigration, the good business folks of Arizona have just provided the answer. Sound just like whiny liberals, no?

Worth going to the link and reading the article.

Businesses now know they will be hammered if have have illegals on the payroll.

“my only option is to go back to Mexico City” or words to that effect were mentioned in the piece. Cool for the ‘displaced worker’ - he knows that language and will fit right in cluture-wise.

And to the warehouse managers out there, I guess you will now have to pay a living wage, maybe no new Audi this year......

WOW - hudda thunk.

Hey George! Didja hear that one?

Rudi?
Mitt?
Tedd or Lisa?
Anyone?

Businesses want a free ride on the back of the taxpayers. I'm all for capitalism and the free market but I'm not for having us pay the costs of their hiring illegal cheap labor that is not cheap for the rest of us.

The fit is about to hit the shan.

The pool of the “underemployed” is still there to be tapped, the teen-agers between 16 and 18 with idle time, those even younger which may have special dispensation to go to work, older folk who are semi-retired or living on others’ good graces, even some of the “disabled” may have some jobs accommodated to fit their needs. And every winter there is a huge flock of “snowbirds” that descend on Arizona, many of whom have some highly polished skills for which there may no longer be need of in Chicago or Kansas City, but badly lacking in Phoenix.

As Barry Young says, and I paraphrase - THE Newspaper of Record for the fifth largest city in America and the city with the fastest population growth, and this RAG (Republic and Gazette) is losing circulation? What does that tell you?

The best use for this newspaper is to drain bacon grease.

Good for Arizona. Every State should do this. If the IRS doesn’t want to cooperate with this effort, let’s abolish the IRS.

People also migrate to where the work is.

The market will take care of itself. The economy didn't tank when child labor was outlawed.
