The US constitution has worked so well I’ve always wondered why other countries haven’t simply copied it. Is it true Britain has no constitution?

If it doesn't, it will in a matter of years. It will be called the "Koran".

Best we should wonder why nobody thought to copy it for Iraq.

The British think they have a constitution, but it isn't a single document like the US Constitution (the oldest national constitution in the world)...it's a set of rules which is contained in documents of various dates, like the Magna Carta (1215) and the Bill of Rights (1689)...there may be elements which are not written but just accepted procedure based on long-time precedent.
The ancient Greeks would speak of a constitution (politeia) without meaning a single document--one of Aristotle's works is known as "the Athenian constitution" because it describes how the Athenian government worked, but it isn't an official document adopted by the Athenians.

I believe Liberia copied our Constitution.
Its just a piece of paper unless you take it to heart.
