Of course you would. But insults in the second paragraph aside the author is basically correct. ID is Creationism under an alias. And ID theory consists not of trying to prove their viewpoint, i.e. identify their designer and His methods, but trying to disprove Evolution and claim victory by default.
This statement alone shows that you have no idea what you're talking about. Have you even read any of the literature by men like Dembski and Behe and others, or are you just repeating the talking points you found at TalkOrigins?
ID = Creationism for Dummies
Sorry folks, I see no conflict between evolution theory and the Bible. One is science based, the other is faith based. Lets teach science in science class.
If the scientific evidence points to a creation, then what's your problem?
Intelligent Design is Creatinism without the spectre of religion hanging over the discussion.
Of course, in the end, a decision has to be whether to accept or reject the idea of an intelligent designer.
Creationism is a Christian theological doctrine. ID is a philosophical approach that breaks with scientific materialism. It does not start with the same premises as the old argument from design. I am often surprised that men like Chris Hutchins seems to be stuck in the 19th Century, and argue as though they had never read William James or the phenomenologists. We cannot forget that all science starts with human beings and their nature.
