Happy birthday snugs. Hope you and your dad enjoyed your dinner.
Mine is this week.
That artwork that silent_jonny did of VP Cheney should be his official portrait, if they do that for VP.
Sorry for my snotty reply. Did not mean it to be so. Have a great Veteran’Day!

Thanks anita. These two made my morning. The local rag here in Austin is hurting for circulation as well. They actually inflate numbers by giving some school kids free subscriptions.
I barely looked at FR yesterday, and there was no way I was watching much of any show.
Hope you tuned in to F&F this morning, AQ...they are doing a wonderful salute to our military and veterans. Brian is in Quantico spending time at the Marines Museum reporting in with some great segments. They do “support the troops” shows regularly, too.
I was sad to hear that Tony may not go back to FNC, I had always guessed that as Britt slowly retired(another rumor)Tony could step right in.
Unfortunately no matter what DBM net he picks he will always be compromised.
Thanks, actually, I did see the site, and saw the spotty vet mentions, which as you say were edited out of the Executive Summary. Back when I did executive summaries, and none of the execs were vets, I left patriotism out as well. Hence my comment.
I guess that exec summary means the only coverage of events such as that at the Vietnam Wall were on C-Span....what else is new!
I like your tagline...
