this is all very strange and begs so many questions. Where in the truck did they find it? Was it ready to go off or would need to be set once inside? Who owns the truck? And then there is this from your link:

It was in the back of the truck and he says he did not know it was there. I agree there are many unanswered questions in this. Love to find out about where he lives here.
