Illegal immigration has long been considered as one of the most controversial topics of our time. President Bush and our current Congress constantly argue about this issue, prolonging any legislation from being passed that might actually help stop illegal immigration. Illegal immigration has long been considered as one of the most controversial topics of our time.

1. Illegal immigration has only been discussed recently, so there's nothing 'long' about it.

2. The people are not the least bit confused. The polls and phone calls to congress show that.

GREAT comments from true Americans! (all but 1. 16 could be posters here.) 94% of the responses are overwhelmingly against illegal immigration and many are for deportation.
