Here it is. They vote on Wednesday.

Will our country be regulated to the trash bin of history?

But now we find out that it's worse than we thought. The State Department had previously submitted another treaty that specifically and explicitly defined a land-based source of pollution as being a toilet bowl. Ratification of this treaty, in conjunction with ratification of UNCLOS, would literally invite U.N. inspectors to review and manage discharge from your toilet bowl. Why didn't Bellinger tell the Senate about that during his UNCLOS testimony?

If George Bush and the United Nations have anything to do about it, yes.

It is amazing but true. The Bush Administration wants the Senate to ratify a treaty that will invite international inspections of what you flush down your toilet.

Are they going to wait till I'm off the pot?

They might want to check your kitchen cupboards to see what you’re eating. The food nazis will be at their elbow.

As I said in 2004

The big issue with LOST isn't about the ocean; it's about land use control.

This global bureaucracy will justify control of land use to "protect" the marine environment. It isn't hard to see. Many oceanic species breed in estuaries within the United States. Estuarine health isn't doing very well for a number of reasons (many of which politicized science will conveniently miss). The estuaries are fed by rivers. The rivers are lined with cities.

Marine sanctuaries and global biospheres are model for what is planned for LOST. If all we accomplish is to alter the treaty to gain protection for our military, we will have missed the point.

LOST is a straitjacket fully capable of crippling this nation (which certainly affects its ability to defend itself). That the White House says it knows nothing about it belies the fact that, according to the email I get from ALRA, the White House and Chuck Hagel are the instigators in pushing this treaty through in the dark of night after the Reagan Administration had rejected it out of hand.

This is what the UN wants for us:

This is what I want for them:

If the UN is so concerned about what is in our toilet bowls, perhaps we should all send them boxes of “it”.

The Left wanted to get “Big Brother” out of the bedroom but they never speak up when Big Brother sticks his nose in our bathrooms. Remember Al Gore’s mandated low flow toilets?

I'm afraid not. Our country's sovereignty hangs in the balance.

God protect our country through these trying and dangerous times.

Damn right, and by any means necessary. Stuff like this make me think that President Bush isn't trying to protect the United States. Instead it appears that he is fighting the terrorists so that he (and his conspirators here, Canada, and Mexico) can create the North American Union. Nobody who wants to protect the sovereignty of the United States would ever even consider promoting the ratification of this treasonous treaty.

It may come to that.

No!

Call your senators. Many senators oppose this. We only need 34 to stop it.
