Mercy Killing or euthanasia not authorized. (1) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to condone, authorize, or approve mercy killing or euthanasia, or to permit any affirmative or deliberate act or omission to end life other than to permit the natural process of dying.
Why was he permitted to skip this statute? He committed a FELONY (more than one) and belongs in jail.

Yet Charlie Manson is a guest of the state, fed and housed by taxpayers.
She was going to divorce him--then she was found unconscious while he sat by seemingly disinterested.
Years later he completed his act of vengeance--with the help of the judicial, legislative and executive branches.
She was alone without a champion save Sean Hannity and a handful of FReepers.
