Neither. But I just wonder what it have to be with Russia? It was actions of the Stalin-Beria. Both are Georgians not Russians. So it is Mihail Sakkashvilli of Georgia should be sorry for this.

That was also action of Stalin (I'm not sure of Beria's too).

Then why Vladimir Putin's government of today's Russia has any problems with recognizing that genocide?

Why other nations are afraid of doing so - if they are not going to spoil their relations with Russia. Today's Russia.
