Well, I think it got to the point when Paul's spammers weren't even entertaining anymore. The internet is virtually unregulated, which means there's no "right of free speech", either. I myself have been called a "neocon" probably 100 times this month - Ron Paul's people REALLY need to get a new party.

“Unless you lack the self-awareness to understand just how annoying, time-consuming, and bandwidth-wasting responding to the same idiotic arguments from a bunch of liberals pretending to be Republicans can be.”
***Yup. That’s how it is with tootyfruityrudybots as well.

The problem is that many of Ron Paul’s supporters have no real intent to vote for him beyond keeping him in the race long enough to pull the D lever.

RedState didn’t ban Ron Paul supporters. They banned trolls joining up, praising the virtues of Ron paul’s Holy message, attacking all who didn’t agree, and refused to engage in conversation beyond ron paul. they also allowed that should say, after one month, a Ron Paul supporter show an ability to engage the commnity in talk NOT concerning Ron Paul they’d consider allowing them to speak of Ron Paul. As the more veteran posters are allowed to do.

as for our esteemed conservative bloggers out there...Pfft. these are the same people that denounced Polipundit for removing contributors that were in rebellion against the administrator’s rules and were sympatehtic to allowing the President to push amnesty. these are the same people that ripped FreeRepublic for daring to enforce the Guidelines which state this is a conservative forum. Not a free for all debating society. And now they attack redState for not wanting to deal with Trolls, many of whom have questionable ties to the right.

The internet is the quickest medium for the people to transmit unclassified data, and as such should never be regulated.

Now, if only FR would do the same, we’d save lots of bandwith and aggravation.

I am not a Republican. I have not voted for a Democrat statewide or Nationally in a quite a few years. I have never voted to my knowledge for a Libertarian. But you can darn well rest assured I can vote Democrat or Libertarian and if you dedicated die hard Republicans wish I will vote damn Democrat and help them all I can even though I would rather stay home and you can bet there are a lot of others like me. You all are starting to sound like Democrats and there has been no difference in Congress between the two parties for some time.

"really need to get a new Party."

Why? The Republicans sure aren't using theirs.

Ron Paul neophytes are like folks who’ve recently quit smoking. Annoying, self-righteous and preachy.

The “Ron Paul Campaign” is a creation of the MSM to screw the GOP. Now that their pet project has utterly failed, they are pimping the amnesty whore Mike Huckster upon us. Sorry, we aren’t that stupid.

“Ron Paul’s people REALLY need to get a new party.”

They already have one and it is aptly represented by a jackass.

The free speech argument is stupid. No one who puts out the cash to host a web site is obligated to accept comments from anyone. They have every right to pick and choose who posts. If someone doesn’t like being ‘banned’ for whatever reason from one particular web site, they can go to another. Some of these ‘free speech’ fanatics act like people are getting banned from the internet itself. *sheesh*
