Yup.
You’ll start to have increasing minor twinges.
By another 10 they’ll get worse and longer lasting.
You’ll make small changes along the way on how you
do things so as not to aggravate the problem.
But it’s gonna catch up to you and there’s nothing you
can do to prevent it.
Already there! As a housewife, I find that something so simple as picking something off the floor has become a major chore. As long as I stay upright and work in snatches, I'm fine. No more than a hour of walking before a break and *don't bend over!* I'm in the process of redesigning my kitchen and I'm trying to put as many things *up* as possible. For things that have to go low; drawers, no cupboards.
Other than my stupid back, I have no problems. My husband is the same age I am and, after 20 years of PT, he's starting every day with pain meds. His feet, knees and ankles are letting him know that it's time to slow down.
Time takes it's toll on everyone, I suppose.
